Food tasting in Makati Shangrila Hotel

The pictures below are the original menu that we chose, but we decided to change the "Pat'e of Foie gras with bitter greens, almonds and campote", because it was too heavy for my stomach to the point that i didn't bother to finish all the next food that they've served for us. We are planning to change the peppermint sorbet to lemon sorbet, though the peppermint sorbet is good too :-). I realized that i missed to take pictures of our cocktail foods and soup "lobster consomme with prawn spring rolls". :-(
